Accidents can be easily avoided if you following a few simple rules. You will be given a copy of these upon the inflation of your bouncy castle when it delivered.
1. The inflatable unit you have hired has an age limit. The age limit information will be on the description of the unit when booked. If you booked over the phone then it will have been discussed prior to booking. Please ensure no one over this age uses the equipment.
2. No food, drinks or chewing gum to be allowed on or near the product hired to avoid choking and spillages.
3. All shoes, glasses, sharp jewellery and badges MUST be removed before using this product.
4. No face paints, coloured streamers, party poppers or silly string to be used either on or near the product.
5. No smoking or BBQs anywhere near the product.
6. No climbing, hanging or sitting on the sides of the bouncy castle. This is DANGEROUS and should therefore not be allowed.
7. A responsible adult should supervise at all times.
8. Always ensure that the bouncy castle is not overcrowded, and limit the numbers according to age and size of the persons using it. Try to avoid large and small people using the bouncy castle at the same time.
9. Persons using this product should not push, collide, fight or behave in a manor likely to injure or cause distress to others.
10. If the bouncy castle or inflatable is not being used for any lengthy duration throughout the day, please switch the blower off at the mains.
11. Do not allow anyone to bounce on the front safety step. This is to be used only to get on and off the bouncy castle safely.
12. No persons with history of neck, back of heart problems are to use the bouncy castle at any time.
13. Do not allow anyone to be on the bouncy castle during the inflation or deflation period. This is dangerous and could lead to serious injury.
14. No pets to be allowed on the bouncy castle at any time.
